Pre-Visit Screening & Questionnaires
Before you visit Del Mar Dental Studio, we will need to ask you a few screening questions about your past exposure to people who have had COVID-19, any symptoms you may be experiencing, and your recent travel habits. You will need to answer these questions again when you arrive at our office.
Face Coverings And Hand Sanitation At Our Office
All of our employees are wearing face coverings and following proper hand washing protocols for your safety.
In addition, we ask that you wear a face mask or covering to our office, and disinfect your hands with hand sanitizer when you enter our office. You may also visit our bathroom to wash your hands with soap, if you prefer. This helps protect both you and our team members from viruses like COVID-19.
Social Distancing At Our Office
We have reconfigured our waiting room to ensure that patients can maintain proper distance from each other. We also are no longer offering pamphlets, magazines, children’s toys, and other items that are frequently touched and are difficult to clean and disinfect.
We also have changed our scheduling slightly to allow for social distancing between patients. This may mean that you have fewer times during which you can schedule your appointment, but this helps minimize the number of patients in our office at any given time, which ensures your safety.
Enhanced Cleaning Of Patient Operatories & Common Areas
We have always followed all infection control and sanitization procedures for patient operatories, and we clean, sanitize, and disinfect all surfaces, tools, and other areas between each patient. This ensures a safe experience for each visitor to Del Mar Dental Studio.
In addition, our team members have begun frequently cleaning common areas and surfaces including door knobs, countertops, chairs, and tables. This helps reduce the spread of viruses like COVID-19, the flu, and the common cold throughout our office, and keeps you safe.
